with a collective, transatlantic observation. Through founders’ early work and studies in North America, we saw a growing gap between the structured knowledge of education systems and the adaptive wisdom required by life itself. This shared insight ignited a 30-year mission: to architect real-world experiences that cultivate the essential core of a person—their character.
